Executive Director & Founder
Luke Cameron
A new Murfreesboro resident originally came from Southern, California. He is from a family of six children, four of which are adopted. His passion for adoption stems from the fact that he was adopted from a rough family background into the home he has now so he wants to dedicate his life's work to helping kids be placed in better homes and make a huge impact in the adoption world. Luke originally went to Lee University in Cleveland, TN as a Communications Major but then God redirected his life to the Murfreeseboro, TN area just right outside of Nashville. Lee University is what originally brought him out to east Tennessee in the first place but then he wanted to lay down Together As One's roots in Murfreeseboro, TN. It was the fact in being adopted that Luke has the passion to start this Adoption Non-profit and take the adoption world by storm!

Clayton Deimund
During a gap year in 2019, Clayton and Luke met and began working on the vision for Together As One. Although not adopted, Clayton recognizes the value and blessing of adoption through his faith and friendships with those that were. Additionally, Clayton understands and prioritizes the calling in James 1:27 and has been committed to ensuring Together As One is part of this mission. Throughout his college years, Clayton and Luke continued to have weekly meetings and build the organization to its current status as a nonprofit. Clayton works tirelessly to align and scale the organization to achieve the impact of its purpose of assisting families in the adoption process. Clayton is motivated and excited to see the lives that will be changed and what God will do with Together As One.
Accountant & Financial officer
Clay Brandt
From a young age, I’ve experienced the life-changing power of adoption, having been adopted alongside my brother. This personal journey fuels my passion for helping children find the loving families they deserve. As a senior at Baylor University, I’m excited to combine my academic knowledge with my dedication to supporting the mission of Together as One.
I’m currently pursuing a dual degree in Accounting and Finance, along with a Master’s in Accounting and Data Analytics. These academic experiences have equipped me with the skills to support organizations like Together as One in making a meaningful impact. My personal connection to adoption deepens my commitment to this cause, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to use my skills to help children find the forever families they deserve.
I am incredibly thankful to be part of an organization that’s making such a significant difference, and I am proud to contribute to this life-changing work.
Communications Director
Griffin Oakley
Born in Seoul, South Korea and adopted at just four months old, Griffin has a passion for adoptees as he, his brother, and five of his cousins are adopted. Griffin completed his undergraduate degree at Belmont University where he studied Christian Leadership, and he is now continuing his education at Princeton Theological Seminary as he pursues a Masters in Divinity. After he completes this degree, Griffin wishes to pursue a PhD in Christian Ethics with a focus in Asian-American Liberation Theology that aims to tackle the trauma and struggles of adopted peoples. Griffin is passionate about adoption and wants to help families who wish to use this calling as an avenue to expand their families.

Harrison Fields
Harrison grew up in Texas, surrounded by an incredible family and community who encouraged him to accept the good news of Jesus Christ as his Savior and to pursue a relationship with the Lord. He graduated from Baylor University with a Master’s in Accountancy and is currently working toward becoming a Certified Public Accountant. He now lives in North Carolina with his wife, Alex, and their dog, Bucket. Harrison has been blessed with amazing opportunities and believes God is calling him to use his skills and passions to support families seeking adoption. He finds inspiration for this ministry in Matthew 25:31–46, where Jesus describes how Christians are commanded to help and encourage the needy as if they were serving Him directly.

Sarah-Kate Stephens
Originally from South Carolina and now a Georgia resident, Sara-Kate Stephens graduated from Lee University with a degree in Communications and has enjoyed using her creative and administrative gifts to serve churches and nonprofit organizations since highschool. She is grateful for the opportunity to support Together As One’s mission of coming alongside families in the adoption journey and is excited to see God work through adoption to bring children into loving families. Sara-Kate and her husband, James, who serves as a student pastor, recently welcomed their first daughter into their family, making the mission of supporting families especially meaningful in this season of life. Whether serving in ministry or caring for her family, Sara-Kate’s desire is to love others and bring glory to God.

Mark Hardison
Dr. Mark Hardison, a proud Murfreesboro native and Riverdale High School graduate (class of 1988), has a longstanding connection to the community.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Tennessee in 1992, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, in 1996. In 2000, Dr. Hardison completed his specialty training at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville. He is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Clayton Deimund
Clayton Deimund, CRPC™, AWMA™, is a wealth management professional who works with individuals, families, and organizations to help guide financial decision-making, long-term planning, and legacy considerations. He brings experience in stewardship, governance, and strategic planning through both his professional work and his longstanding personal involvement in community and nonprofit leadership. Outside of his professional responsibilities, Clayton has served in various leadership and advisory roles, partnering with charitable organizations and foundations to support their growth and strengthen their impact. As co-founder of Together As One, he continues to provide strategic perspective and leadership in advancing the organization’s mission.
Clayton serves on the Advisory Board in his personal capacity, separate from his role at Merrill.

Kirk Cameron
Kirk Cameron is an actor, producer, and author best known for his role as Mike Seaver on the 1980s sitcom Growing Pains. A Christian, husband, and father of six, he and his wife, Chelsea, have been married for 34 years and host Camp Firefly, an all-expenses-paid summer camp for terminally ill children and their families.
Throughout his career, Kirk has starred in films including Fireproof, Left Behind, and Monumental, and produced Lifemark and The Homeschool Awakening. He also hosts TBN's Takeaways with Kirk Cameron and has been featured for his American Campfire Revival events, livestreams, and podcast, encouraging families to return to faith-based values.
Kevin Beasley
Kevin Beasley is a disciple-making leader, coach, and consultant with more than 20 years of experience serving churches, faith-based nonprofits, and ministry networks. He serves as Southeast Regional Director for the Missionary Church USA and co-leads the Ignite Disciple-Making Network. Kevin specializes in coaching leaders, consulting with faith-based nonprofits, and helping organizations build healthy cultures, develop multiplying leaders, and create sustainable disciple-making strategies. His background spans pastoral ministry, nonprofit leadership, business, and organizational development. Kevin and his wife, Julie, have been married since 1999 and have five children.
Ron Cox
​Ron originally hails from Ohio, where he began his career in the music industry at an early age. After
learning to play banjo as a young boy, he formed a bluegrass group called the Young Blades of Bluegrass
and created a following in the State of Ohio. At the invitation of Barbara Mandrell, Ron performed on
the Grand Ole Opry with his group for the first time at the age of 13. They went on to work with Barbara
on her NBC show “The Mandrell Sisters Show” as well as her Vegas and Tahoe shows of which an HBO
Special was made called “The Lady is a Champ”. As a result, Ron’s group gained a national following
working the Opry, national television, radio, the bluegrass and country circuits, as well as fairs and
festivals for many years. They performed with many diverse entertainment legends ranging from Bill
Monroe and Ralph Stanley, to Conway Twitty, Keith Whitley, Bob Hope and many others. Along the way,
Ron also signed a publishing deal with Curb Music publishing and is very passionate about supporting
the work of the songwriting and publishing community.
After many years of performing, Ron decided to come off the road and began a banking career in 1988.
Over the last nearly 40 years, he has worked in various banking roles and has received top banking
recognitions in American Banker magazine multiple times. In 2006, Ron was on the founding team of
Avenue Bank here in Nashville where Ron served as the Director of Avenue’s Music & Entertainment
Division and helped lead the bank to a successful and global reputation in the music and entertainment
industry before being acquired in 2016.
In 2017, Ron joined some of his former Avenue executives and associates to begin organizing a new
creative bank in Nashville called Studio Bank. Ron heads the Music, Arts, & Entertainment vertical of
Studio which has experienced tremendous growth and success since its opening in 2018.
Ron is a committed follower of Christ and is blessed to have adopted each of his children. He is
passionate about the issue of adoption and is proud to serve on the Board of Together As One.
In addition, he currently serves on the Boards of Mission:Possible as well as Free Guitars For Kids. He has
also previously served on various Boards including Rocketown, Leadership Music, YMCA, IBMA and the
Miller Harris Foundation, in addition to serving as an Adjunct Professor for the Music Business College at
Belmont University.
Ron is married to his wife JaNeil and together they have 7 children and 16 grandchildren! In his spare
time, Ron enjoys playing music, fishing, movies, travel and spending time with his family
Lili Moran
Lili Moran has been working to improve the lives of children for over twenty years through her career as a pediatrician with a focus in public health. She and her husband have been married for sixteen years and have four children and have fostered numerous children. She also is a volunteer with CASA and with Tennessee Kids Belong. She has helped many families navigate the adoption process and helped them review medical records of children. She has also volunteered in numerous orphanages around the world through various mission trips and worked to help develop a program for physicians to recognize and manage child abuse in Ghana. She is happy to join the board of Together as One and share her expertise with the team.
