HOW DO OUR GRANTS WORK?
Together As One supports families during the crucial "at-match" stage of adoption, when an expectant birth mother selects an adoptive family. This is also when many adoption expenses arise, posing a financial challenge for families.
HOW ARE WE UNIQUE?
We believe adoption grants during the at-match stage effectively support families in completing their adoption. Our operational costs are funded separately, ensuring donor contributions are fully allocated to immediate financial needs. Every grant awarded helps overcome financial barriers and brings children home to loving families.
THE CHALLENGES
Our greatest challenge is securing enough funding to meet the growing demand. Each year, more and more qualified families reach the at-match stage than we currently have the resources to support. Increasing our grant funding will allow more children to be united with their forever families and ensure that financial barriers do not prevent adoptions from being completed.
